Recently, I started having an interest in candle making. I can remember my parents doing it as a kid, until our cat knocked down a work in progress candle. Then my parents just kind of lost interest in the whole thing. As an adult however, I fell in love with candles quickly. I thought they looked pretty when you burned them, and not to mention they smelled great, making a room go from dull to awesome. But there were times, when it was hard to get things I wanted such as candles. So, I started saving all the waxes. Each time I had a decent amount, I melted them down and put them in a mason jar. It took a while, but after some time, I filled up the jar and was then able to burn it! And its layers of scents. Mixed Berry Cobbler, Lavender, Blueberry, ect.
On the occasion I was able to get a Soy candle, I found myself spoiled. They burnt cleaner, the smell was stronger and more pleasant, but they were normally more expensive. On the occasion at Christmas, my mom or husband would buy me a soy candle, but for the most part, I’ve been forced to stick with the cheap ones. That was…. Until now.
I found out about a company through a friend, called Country Scents. They sell natural Soy Candles, Wax Melts, Essential Oils, Stuffed animals, and more. I was floored immedatley. So, I signed up to be a consultant, in hopes to bring affordable candles and goodies to everyone. The Prices are wonderful as well! A list of our prices can be found in the photograph below:
This is similar to sensy, but better if you want my opinion. Better because its all handmade, its all natural soy, and it burns clean, and longer. And I’ll also post some tips and tricks you can do to make it last even longer. I plan on making a youtube video, once my order ships, and posting some great sales and deals on the blog, and the facebook Housewife page, so be on the look out! Visit my store here!
